Tools You Can Chose From:
-
Webster Technique
Originally developed for pelvic balance in pregnancy, I use Webster principles more broadly to assess pelvic alignment, sacral mechanics, and surrounding ligament and muscle tension. It’s particularly helpful for people with hormonal fluctuations, low back/hip instability, or recurring asymmetry patterns.
-
Mckenzie Method
This approach helps identify how your spine responds to specific movements and positions. It’s especially helpful for disc-related symptoms, radiating pain, and recurring “stuck” patterns. Instead of guessing, we use movement as a diagnostic tool to find what reduces or centralizes symptoms and then build on that.
-
Intraoral Jaw/TMJ Release
This technique addresses deep musculature inside the jaw that can’t be reached externally. Because the jaw is closely connected to the neck, posture, and stress response, releasing these tissues can significantly reduce neck tension, headaches, clenching patterns, and upper cervical strain.
-
Nervous System Regulation & Reset Work
Many chronic or recurring pain patterns are reinforced by a sensitized stress response. I incorporate hands-on techniques, breath awareness, and gentle manual input to help downshift the nervous system, reduce protective guarding, and restore a sense of ease in the body. This is often what allows other treatments to hold more effectively.
-
Soft Tissue Work
Myofascial and trigger point release to reduce localized muscle tension and improve mobility in restricted areas. Graston and cupping therapy may also be used to address chronic soft tissue restriction and improve tissue glide and circulation.
-
Joint Mobilization & Adjustment
Gentle joint mobilization, traction, and low-force adjustments (including Activator and pelvic blocking) are used to restore joint motion and decrease irritation, without forcing movement the body isn’t ready for.
-
Rehabilitation & Education
Breathwork, core stabilization, and pelvic floor rehabilitation to support postural control, coordination, and long-term spinal stability, along with guidance to help you better understand and manage your symptoms between visits.
