I push my body and my nervous system — and I’m just as dedicated to recovering well afterward. My journey has been about learning how to heal after big efforts, and somewhere along the way I realized I wanted to help others through life’s big transitions: becoming a parent, navigating stress, chasing new goals, or going through a period of transformation.
I’m fascinated by how our bodies respond to challenge and change. I love helping people feel steady, spacious, and grounded while they push, adapt, and grow. Outside the clinic you’ll find me hiking in every season, lifting heavy things, sneaking out to live shows past my bedtime, or cooking without a recipe.
