Until I am credentialed with insurance companies (which typically takes 30–90 days), I am accepting cash payment only. You are always welcome to ask for a receipt to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

When booking, please let me know if a friend or family member referred you so we can thank them with a complimentary add-on at their next visit.
